Team Manager

We are seeking an energetic baker to join our team as a Team Manager. As the Team Manager, you set and assign daily tasks to bakers and staff, ensure positive customer interactions, manage supply and reordering, and perform light bookkeeping duties. This is a supervisory position, meaning that candidates must have at least five years of experience in a bakery, preferably in a leadership position. You must have excellent organizational and communication skills, and you should be able to foster an environment of cooperation and teamwork among staff.

Team Manager Duties and Responsibilities:

• Assign daily tasks to staff
• Make and set schedules for workers
• Ensure positive customer experiences
• Monitor supply levels and reorder as necessary
• Conduct light bookkeeping

Team Manager Requirements and Qualifications :

• Five years of professional experience in a bakery
• Detailed knowledge of every role within a high-volume bakery environment
• Strong organizational and administrative skills
• Proficiency with standard office and bookkeeping software
