Caregiver

We are seeking Full-Time/Part-Time Caregivers, Care Professionals, and PCAs for both day and night shifts!

In order to support our objective of improving access to care globally, Home Instead is seeking kind and committed Care Professionals—our own word for caregivers—to join our team. Our main goal is to treat seniors with unflinching decency, care, and empathy while providing them with a wide range of non-medical services to help them negotiate the difficulties of aging while living comfortably and independently in their own homes.

Among your duties would be:

• Starting deep discussions and providing company.
• Making meals and performing minor housekeeping duties
• Providing personal care services, such as assistance with grooming, bathing, using the restroom, and incontinence concerns
• Sending out reminders for medications and forthcoming appointments

Requirements:

• No prior experience is necessary
• Excellent communication skills to engage with customers in a polite, professional, and respectful manner;
• Reliable transportation and punctuality for all assigned shifts;
• A natural aptitude to care for elderly and respect their property.
