Registered Nurse (Part-Time)

Home Instead is seeking a part-time RN to join our Care Team dedicated to providing exceptional home care services in Denton and Wise Counties.

Home Instead is a trusted non-medical home care provider dedicated to enhancing the lives of seniors and their families. We offer personalized care and support to help our clients maintain their independence and quality of life in the comfort of their own homes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct comprehensive assessments and develop personalized care plans for clients.
• Monitor and evaluate client progress, adjusting care plans as needed.
• Provide direct nursing care, including medication management, wound care, and health education.
• Collaborate with caregivers and other healthcare professionals to ensure continuity of care.
• Document and maintain accurate client records.

Qualifications:

• Current RN license in good standing.
• Experience in home health care or a related field preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Compassionate, patient, and dedicated to providing high-quality care.
