Key Responsibilities:

• Build Relationships: Form meaningful connections with clients through engaging conversation and companionship.
• Daily Support: Assist with light housekeeping tasks and meal preparation to ensure a comfortable living environment.
• Medication and Appointment Reminders: Help clients stay on track with their medication schedules and appointments.
• Personal Care: Provide assistance with grooming, bathing, toileting, and managing incontinence.
• Specialized Alzheimer’s Care: Offer dedicated care and support for clients dealing with Alzheimer’s and other related conditions.

Requirements:

• Respect and Compassion: Demonstrate an innate ability to treat seniors and their belongings with the utmost respect and care.
• Dependability: Have reliable transportation and the ability to be punctual for all assigned shifts.
• Effective Communication: Possess strong communication skills to interact professionally and empathetically with clients.
• Experience: No prior experience is necessary; we provide training and support to all Care Professionals.
