Home Instead is on the lookout for compassionate and committed Care Professionals, our version of Caregivers, to join our dedicated team. We strive to enhance global caregiving capabilities and offer a range of non-medical aid to seniors.

Our goal is to help elders enjoy the comfort of their homes while managing age-related challenges with dignity, and utmost care.

Responsibilities

• Initiating engaging conversations and providing social engagement
• Undertaking light domestic duties and meal preparations
• Assisting with medication reminders and scheduled appointments
• Offering personal care services including grooming, bathing, toileting, and managing incontinence issues
• Caring for clients diagnosed with Alzheimer's

Requirements:

• Innate ability to empathize with and respect the elderly and their property
• Reliable transportation and adherence to shift timings
• Remarkable communication abilities for professional, respectful, and polite interactions with clients
